The full length 4-hour course is designed to introduce participants to Stephen R. Covey’s foundational principles outlined in his bestselling book, “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.” Participants will explore the essential traits and behaviors of highly effective individuals, guiding them to become one of them. Participants will explore each habit and learn how to apply them in their personal and professional lives. They will discover how to take initiative, balance important priorities, enhance interpersonal communication, foster creative collaboration, and implement the principles for achieving a well-rounded life.

Course Objectives

The objective of the training is to provide individuals with a framework for personal and professional effectiveness based on the principles of fairness, integrity, honesty, and human dignity.
