This Privacy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Eilmou online learning platform (called “We”, “Platform” and "Service"). Eilmou is a Service managed by Barakah Systems Sdn Bhd in partnership with Test Center Malaysia Sdn Bhd. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

For courses and accounts created through our Service’s publicly accessible account registration system, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent, legal guardian, school, approved teachers, facilitator, or third-party provider permitting a minor to create an account and/or use our Service, you agree to:

• ensure that the courses that the minor enrols in on our Service are suitable for the minor.
